I have been baiting for several years concentrating initially on scams from the FSU but more recently on those from the Philippines.
I am a contributor on both

under the user name Kaka. I use Skerrett in some other forums.

Few of my videos will contain any NSFW (Naked) content for me it is about getting them to act as crazily on camera as possible.
I do this merely to comment on the person themselves NOT where they come from.
There are three main reasons I do this
1) While chatting to me and behaving like this they can not chat to others to scam them
2) The other cafe users there see what they are and what they will do online for money
3) If people see there really shameful consequences for scamming they may not do it.
